Our goal is to provide visitors and local residents with an easy to use, concise guide to mountain biking in the beautiful areas of South Central Idaho. The rides on this site are reflective of the area's spectacular mountain trails and roads. Some are easy rides along dirt roads suitable for families. Others are challenging trail rides for experts with advanced trail finding skills. Using these selected trails and routes will help minimize soil erosion, reduce trail user conflicts and protect our natural resources. Some trail routes are popular rides, while others will take you miles from developed areas.

The routes are illustrated with easy to read maps and are accompanied by detailed descriptions that clearly explain tricky turns and intersections that are not clearly marked. Symbols provide an indication of trail difficulty, along with an elevation chart showing changes along the route.

As with any type of back country travel, you are responsible for your safety and actions. Always be prepared by bringing along a Sawtooth National Forest map and/or topographical maps when bicycling in unfamiliar terrain.
